The Digital Camera Company wins Customer Satisfaction Evaluation

The Digital Camera Company has been chosen as Retailer of the Year 2004 following a Customer Satisfaction Evaluation managed, administered and analysed on www.PriceRunner.co.uk. The survey is an evaluation of individual retailers by their customers in relation to purchasing experience and delivery services. A total of 6,821 internet customers took place in the evaluation which showed that The Digital Camera Company had the best average rating, followed by More Computers and dvdplayers.co.uk.

PriceRunner provides the Customer Evaluation Survey free of charge to its clients and the criteria for consideration is retailers with a minimum of 70 customers. Internet customers rated retailers on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 is poor and 5 is excellent. Retailers are evaluated by customers at the time of purchase and again after the delivery of products and are listed on www.PriceRunner.co.uk as customer ratings and reviews.
